No previous dreamwork experience needed. Just your curiosity.

Feel more connected to your intuition

Your dreams can offer a fresh perspective on what’s happening in your life. This workshop will help you begin exploring that insight with more confidence and less pressure to figure everything out.

You’ll leave with:

  • A starting point for understanding your dreams, so they feel less like a puzzle and more like an invitation to understand yourself.
  • A way to bring your real-life questions into dream work and notice insights that may emerge, overnight or during your day.
  • A simple practice for connecting with your inner guidance, without adding another complicated routine to your mornings.

You don’t need vivid dreams or previous experience. Just curiosity about what you might discover.

A small practice. Space to explore.

What we’ll explore together

In this 45-minute workshop, I’ll guide you through three ways to begin working with your dreams.

Remember the dream

I’ll teach you my S.T.I.L.L. method, a simple morning practice to help you recall your dreams, even when you only remember a small fragment.

Find your own meaning

I’ll guide you to explore your own feelings and personal associations before reaching for a dream dictionary.

Bring it into your day

We’ll set a simple intention and explore a one-minute practice, leaving room for insights to emerge in everyday life.

We'll leave time for your questions. You’ll also have the opportunity to explore joining Holly’s upcoming retreat in Egypt.

I’m Holly Emmerson, a Dream Oracle, Dream Healer and international retreat host based in Calgary, Alberta. I help people understand their dreams, reconnect with their intuition and move toward a life that feels aligned with who they truly are.

I founded Dream Oracle School, where I taught people to explore their personal dream language and work with dreams as a tool for spiritual awakening. My experience also includes one-to-one dream interpretation, personalized Dream Healing, Collective Dream Healings and immersive retreats in Italy.

What lights me up most is witnessing those moments when someone sees a new possibility and feels more deeply connected to themselves. Helping people align with their soul and their heart is at the foundation of everything I do. Dreams are one of the ways I help them get there.

My approach is gentle, intuitive and practical. We start with your own feelings, memories and associations, then explore how your dreams might connect with everyday life. You don’t have to force an answer or remember every detail.

In this workshop, I’ll share simple practices you can begin using right away. Bring your curiosity. No previous dreamwork experience needed.

A few things you might be wondering

What if I rarely remember my dreams?

A feeling, image, or small fragment is enough to explore. If nothing comes to mind, you can still learn the practices and try them when a dream returns.

Do I need a long daily routine?

You can begin with one minute: pause, notice what remains, and write a few words if something comes. Keep the practice small enough to fit your life.

What if the meaning isn't clear right away?

You can leave the question open. A connection may come to you later, during a conversation, a walk, or an ordinary moment in your day.
